Attorney-HanleyAttorney Sara Hanley has focused her practice on representing investors since 2007. Attorney Hanley has extensive experience in the area of securities litigation and arbitration including numerous trials, mediations, and settlements of claims on behalf of clients. Attorney Hanley gained valuable insight and experience in this area of law while formerly working in the forensic accounting department of a securities litigation firm. Mrs. Hanley is duly licensed to practice law in both Florida and North Carolina. Mrs. Hanley graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and attended law school at Nova Southeastern University. Mrs. Hanley graduated from both undergraduate and law school with high honors. Throughout her legal career Ms. Hanley has dedicated numerous hours to the community by working on both political campaigns as well as providing legal services to non-profit organizations. Mrs. Hanley has been featured in various publications including Bloomberg Business, Financial and Economic News, Investment News, Lawyers Weekly, and the Law Journal. Mrs. Hanley is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mrs. Hanley currently serves as an arbitrator and is a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association.
